Journey of a CEO in a Strategic Planning Consultancy

Hello, everyone. I am delighted to be introducing myself to you in this first blog post for Demand Metric. I am the President and CEO of Method Frameworks, a strategic and operational planning firm, based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

I started my career as a software developer and always have enjoyed being a technology geek. Upon graduating with my MBA, I moved into consulting in the telecommunications industry where my early days as a consultant were focused on providing expertise related to Computer-aided Software Engineering for writing large software applications. Along the way, I became more interested in working on the business side of things than in developing software to support the business. I gravitated into roles where I found myself interfacing with business executives daily and loved the excitement I felt when I was a part of solving business problems as opposed to technology challenges.

As with everyone’s career, mine progressed and the business challenges I worked to solve grew along with my capabilities to address them. Eventually, strategy and operations planning became  my passion. Method Frameworks has been an incredible opportunity for me and a tremendous outlet to help organizations perform at higher levels. I love it!

A little about Method Frameworks

Our years of providing world-class consulting services and our decades of experience has taught us that although most of the management consultancies in the industry today seem similar at first glance, each firm provides a different kind of client experience. Our goal is to make strategic planning bearable for our clients by providing a world-class planning process that works and involves having some creative fun along the way. Our approach provides organizations with meaningful, targeted, and executable strategies that consider all aspects of the organization’s unique business “ecosystem”. We do this while transferring our knowledge to our client’s staff and with our client’s budgets and desired outcomes at the heart of our work.

Since our inception, we’ve seen the importance of the contribution we can make to businesses through careful planning attenuated to well-managed execution. Through years of serving clients, our experience has been accumulating in the form of best-practices, that we have continued to innovate. Our planning process, Plan4SM, was born from this body of knowledge and experience.
