Need help adding more than 10 projects to the project prioritization tool

Hi there,
The template has 10 projects that link across the project scoring worksheet to the rankings worksheet to the bubble matrix worksheet. I tried adding rows to the project scoring worksheet so I could list all 30 of my projects, but it did not automatically carry over to the other two worksheets. Please can someone help me with how I can add more projects than the 10 provided in the template?

Hi Shawna,
It's nice to hear from you.
It sounds like you have completed the first step in updating the number of projects (adding rows in the project scoring worksheet).
The second step involves copying the formulas in the "Rankings" tab (hidden cells).
The third step involves mapping the bubbles in the bubble matrix tab. This can be done by right clicking on a bubble, selecting "Format Data Series" and then adding the new data series to the matrix.

I just downloaded the same tool and am running into the same issue with needing to add more than 10 projects. As a customer, I would like to see this tool updated so that it's not such a manual process to add projects and the need to update multiple sheets.
